Terms of Use — Private Beta

Effective date: October 6, 2026.

Important: BidPilot AI is a decision-support and drafting tool. It does not determine legal eligibility, guarantee compliance, replace solicitation review, or guarantee a contract award.

1. Beta service

BidPilot AI is provided as an early private-beta service for evaluation and feedback. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing the original solicitation, confirming deadlines and mandatory requirements, verifying all factual claims, maintaining supporting evidence, and deciding what to submit. BidPilot outputs must be independently reviewed before use in a proposal or business decision.

3. No award or compliance guarantee

Fit scores, risk flags, extracted requirements, and draft responses are heuristic aids. They are not legal advice, procurement advice, a certification of compliance, or a prediction of award probability.

4. Authorized content only

Users may submit only content they are authorized to use. Users must not upload classified information, export-controlled material, trade secrets belonging to others, regulated personal data, or other restricted information that is unsuitable for this beta.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use BidPilot to submit false qualifications, fabricate past performance, misrepresent certifications, bypass procurement rules, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Local storage and backups

The current beta stores working records in the user's browser. Users are responsible for keeping their own copies of important information. BidPilot does not currently provide guaranteed cloud backup, retention, disaster recovery, or multi-user access controls.

7. Third-party services

The beta may depend on third-party hosting, browser, and content-delivery services. Availability of those services is outside BidPilot's direct control.

8. No security certification claim

The beta should not be represented as FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or similarly certified unless that status is actually obtained and specifically documented.

9. Availability and changes

Beta access may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. The owner may update these terms as the product and security architecture evolve.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis without promises that every extraction, score, draft, or export will be error-free. Users remain responsible for final review and submission decisions.

11. Contact and governing terms

Questions about these Terms or the private beta may be sent to mybidpilotai@gmail.com. These beta terms may be updated as the operating entity, paid-service terms, and applicable jurisdictional requirements are finalized.
